It's 7:15pm Aug 5th. Today we have driven from Kentucky to Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and now we have just entered South Dakota. We are planning on stopping in Sioux Falls, SD for the night.
The scenery has been flat all day. Nothing but LOTS of corn fields on all sides. Except a few casinos scattered around especially in Council Bluffs, Iowa (Omaha, Nebraska).
We've been making good time. The sun is still bright with no clouds in sight. We did get to have a Skype video call with the Wilsons while driving down the road (cool).
Otherwise Mike says "an uneventful day...but better days coming"....
